There are off road trails nearby for motorcycles and off road vehicles plus you can hike and explore nature. There is some traffic on Bouquet Canyon Road mostly during rush hour seeing as some people use it as a way to get from Palmdale to the Santa Clarita area but the traffic noise is sheltered by the surround oaks and sycamore trees. There is a TV but no TV stations. There is satellite wifi that we would rate as fair and there's also a DVD /CD player should you like to watch a movie on the 60" TV or you can play music on the DVD/CD player. There is Electricity provided at this location along with, well water, washer and dryer, propane for use by furnace, the water heater and the 1954 stove. Also for your convenience is a microwave, Stone ware, Cutlery and a Coffee maker. I don't know of anyone that gets cell phone service here. Only satellite internet service is available. WIFI calling features are available on so cellphones but Wifi calling may have a delay making conversations difficult to understand but texting works fine. A VOIP phone service is is also available for guests use and because you have internet you can get your emails. The garage is off limits and is not big enough for a vehicle. It is used for personal belongings storage during guests stay .
